  We bought some supplies for a new pet and were impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. She was knowledgeable and keen on selling us the right products, not just the more expensive ones. The place was also very clean which I thought was impressive for a pet store.

  I usually come to bosleys to give my dog a bath in their bathing facilities. Great deal at $10 and they have everything you need there and ready to go!

  I have been going to the North Vancouver Bosley’s for the past 6 years and have never had any bad experience and the ladies there were always so helpful! I spend royghly about $200 a month at this store and today I took my dog to the store to shop ( he loves the store and he is very happy and axcited to go in) as soon as we go in he sniffed around and peed on the gorund, which he has done before and either myself or an employee cleaned it! I have always been so appologetic and as i said i some times cleaned after him myself but the staff usually are so nice and don’t let me clean! Anyways today he did it on the floor and the girl there started yelling that oh no everybody avoid this area as there is pee all over the place! I felt bad and went to her and said i am really sorry! She did not answer me and continued drying the area! I went sgain and apologized and she did the same thing!! My dog is a dog and he smelled other dogs! This is a dog shop and her behaviour was very rude and disrespectful! I used to reffer Bosley to my friends all the time but sadly i won’t anymore!! This kind of attitude is disrespect when u are dealing with clients! I work with clients everyday and would never let myself to act this unprofessionally to my customers!

  Love being able to wash our dogs after a long walking the rain and mud. Staff a very friendly.

  I've been coming to this location for years and the staff are always super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The hours are great with them closing at 9 which allows plenty of opportunity to make it by (however the baths close at 8 which is still super reasonable as the staff need time to clean and sanitize them). Great store, and always a pleasant experience.
