  This store has offered us the best quality service I have ever seen (also great furniture and ornaments). Roya and Sheila are in particular two professionals I would always consult in matters of interior design. I cannot even imagine what I would have done without their expertise. What impressed me most was the concern they always had for my budget, to make sure my money was well spent, that I got great value and long term satisfaction out of the products I bought. Thank you!

  An in house service appointment was arranged- ( suggested by the salesperson) The service was professional and courteous. They really listened to our needs and what we liked. The offered some very good ideas.

  She didn’t hover over us but was close enough to answer any questions we had. She introduced us to the interior designer whom helped us confirm our new furniture was just the right size.

  My husband and I went into Lazboy looking for a couch, Teresa came over to assist us right away. We let her know what we were looking for, she let us know the layout of the store and answered questions we had. We wanted to take our time as this is a big purchase. She was always available for questions but there was no pressure for a sale. We had our dog in the car so my husband went to check on him and Teresa suggested we bring him in, he's young and it was too exciting but nice option to back able to bring him in.

  Teresa at the North Vancouver store was very helpful - provided a lot of information and encouraged me to wander around the store to solidify my ideas. I went in looking for a chair and ottoman set and left with a recliner and occasional chair purchased. Lots of options for selection. I did quite a bit of research on the website before I went in for information on dimensions, etc., so I was able to make a short (and productive) visit.
