  I would strongly advise against anybody using this company. I brought a Honda Civic in on behalf of my girlfriend that needed some suspension work done. After they determined what needed to be done, their representative Jean called me to discuss moving forward. The moment I asked for more details about the work they proposed ( was quoted at almost twice as much as the next shop we brought it too) Jean began to give me attitude going on about how "they have been doing this for 20 years" etc. Jean continued to talk to be in a condescending manor and was clearly irritated that I was doing my due diligence by asking for details. Jean also stated "we aren't concerned about our reputation" which really says it all.

  At the end of the day, Jean used her authority to refuse to do the job costing us more money, time and stress to essentially "spite" a customer for asking questions. I am astonished by the immature and unprofessional treatment I received. There are many great mechanics on the North Shore with reviews to back it up, use any of them before calling this company.
