  Good service, even better work. They were quite off with eta saying it would be done on Friday Monday at the latest which worked with my schedule but instead I was called one hour before closing on Tuesday. Luckily Hertz is who they used for the loaner car and they were super awesome.

  We have gotten to know Elite well over the last 18 months due to a serious of unfortunate incidents involving both my own and my husband's vehicles. Service has been prompt, efficient, and friendly, expected results explained in detail honestly. Work that has been done has been outstanding, with results better than the condition before anything happened. We have used the location on Fell Avenue. Highly recommend.

  Sadly I've been going to these guys for years (I'm not the bad driver here lol) and I've been a loyal customer until my last car issue and they were too busy to take me for a couple of weeks. My mom recently had to go to them and same thing. They do an excellent job but they seem to have too many customers these days and the wait is just too long. If you do happen to make it in, you will be happy with their service though!

  If you can have a positive experience in a bodyshop at all, considering that I had the very negative experience of an accident first, then this was it! After an initial disagreement regarding the duration of the repair everything turned out very satisfactory indeed. Andrew and all the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. My truck was completed in just over a week when the original allowance was for between two and three weeks. I was impressed! The repair looks great and I'm very happy with everything. I have no hesitation recommending these guys.

  Always great service, and any mistakes or issues they address right away. Plus, Civics are fun to drive as their rental car (or the Hertz up the block if you need a different vehicle) that they have an agreement with.
