  Baconator all the way! Clean and tidy restaurant but the service can be a little odd and slow at times (usually in the drive thru).

  First visit to a Wendy's... Not having them back in South Africa. I was expecting a better experience than McDonald's (which I famously dislike), but the burger I got just didn't impress at all. Oily bun... Really? Who makes a burger with an oily bun. Disgusting.

  The person or group that decide on the menu should go to South Africa and try some Rocomamas burgers... That's about the only thing I miss from back there.

  Admittedly it has been a while since my last visit @ Wendy's so I was stunned to find it so grown-up. I really liked the decor. It no longer has a cheap fast food feel to it.

  On a super cold and rainy day my family and I ordered drive though. I called to complain when I got home and told them I was coming back, as they gave us a wrong burger. When I got there, not only did I get my correct burger, they thanked me for coming back in the bad weather, gave me a full refund and a free frosty! I am used to expecting bad customer service from a fast food chain nowadays, but this was exemplary. Well done on the customer service front!

  I waited 5 minutes for someone to even notice me waiting.. then another 5 as they yell at another to serve me.. never once acknowledging my presence. A simple "one moment please" would have been sufficient but they paid no attention to me until the one lady came up with a sigh and slowly punched in her code to the computer before greeting me with a very monotone hello. Took forever to ring in my order and count basic change. The food was fine.
