  Good Persian food. Some servers are nice, others not so much. Would have expected better service. Food is good quality and value for the price paid. Would go back again.

  I usually take out and for the last couple years this is the only Iranian restaurant I go to. I have tried almost all of the Iranian restaurants in Vancouver and Cazba north van is by far the best. I was never satisfied with Iranian restaurants before but Cazba reminds me of home. My favorites are loghme kebabs, and the eggplant dish. Amazing food with a very reasonable price. Staff are cool too.

  Good value comfort food. Haven't been back for years and was delighted to find they remodeled. Prices still fantastic and the service was great. Go outside of prime time to avoid line ups.

  Good food, good value, decent service. I think they are the best Persian restaurant chain around. The other guys are just rip off compare to these guys.

  1- The food is greasy and the grilled food you get here is buttered up. I couldn't believe it until I saw it myself in one of their branches where they buttered the cooked food using a brush dipped in a hot butter pan.

  2- Dear big guy sitting on the cashier seat, I swear don't owe you! you don't need to give your customers the look. you should not be arrogant and I should not be teaching basic customer service stuff to you.
