  The staff at the post office here are extremely rude and unhelpful. I don’t expect much- just basic common courtesy and respect. I will never go to this place again.

  I've never been treated so badly at a store in my entire life! I came for a free return after an online order (free return exchange policy with ALL Canada Post offices). First, the guy, Michael, told me he couldn't do it because the parcel had been sent by DHL (international package). He told me to get out. I tried to explain him the situation. After he told me he couldn't do it because it was a "free" return (of course, he wasn't going to make money with me). After that, he told me he had never seen the name of the store before, so it didn't exist! I had to show him my email order confirmation and the website on my phone to prove him I was right. He started yelling for me to get out. I asked to talk to the manager to make a complaint and he told me "I am the manager, get out now".

  Grumpy staff at the counter, very scary. I would avoid going there if possible. I don't understand why he is still working there if he is not happy about what his job.

  Last time I had to buy a roll of tape to close a box, the lady wouldn't let me use her roll. I had to pay +$3 to close my parcel on top of postage! This branch is a joke, it's a shame for Canada Post!

  $25.84 charged on a request for overnight service from Victoria to Langley BC. After a phone call it turns out I am responsible to check online schedules to determine if the paid for service is even possible. That Victoria, the Provincial Capital is NOT A MAJOR HUB. A package that shipped well before the end of business hours Monday will get to me on Thursday, totally ruining my plans and schedule. The competition would have done the same job for the same price in a quarter of the time. I will never entrust Canada Post with a time sensitive job again. Unacceptable and shameful.

  Turned me away because I had a letter and wanted to pay with credit card. Insisted I send it as a small package.
