  I have had better experiences. I was already running late to an event I had to perform in, and the cab took about 30 minutes to get to my home. I do not live in any rural or complicated street, so I am very confused as to why it took so long to arrive. I think the cab drivers deserve to be treated better- there were many cabs near me, yet the driver's boss called someone all the way in Lions Gate Hospital- I was in WEST Vancouver. Not only a disservice to me but to the taxi driver. Ended up almost being late and nearly missing the performance. High prices (according to my count, 10 cents every 7 seconds), as well.

  I booked a cab the night before to take me to the airport at 7 am the following day. At 7:05 when there was no cab in sight, I checked the booking reservation URL they send with online bookings and saw the cab had not even been dispatched yet. When I called the dispatcher she said no cabs were available, but she was working on it (7:10) which is ridiculous - I booked a cab for 7 because I needed one at 7, not 7:30! Absolutely ridiculous! Good thing I allow for extra time when getting to the airport, but I think from now on I will be driving myself!

  I booked a cab to take me to work at 5 AM. The driver yelled at me because I did not answer the phone the first time. He also lectured me on how it was my fault that he was late because he had the wrong address. This was at 5 AM and I can tell you I got out of the cab and walked to a main road where I found a super nice gentleman from north shore cabs and I was able to get to my job.

  I will never call sunshine cabs ever and totally will recommend everybody I know in north vancouver to not use sunshine cabs.

  the dispatchers are really nice, i use the company a lot but some of the drivers are a bit rude, but you cant control that. most of their drivers are really nice. and they even have a lexus cab! their service is prompt, they have clean cabs and i would recommend.
