  Super long lines because theater owners don't maintain their ticket machines. They downsize the number of people but don't put enough terminals, 2 out of 5 machines were down. People missing their movie or not having time to buy popcorn! What's new? Machines are always down here. They staff it with exploited teenagers who try hard but can't do anything about ill maintained equipment.

  I like coming here for movies. It can be busy but is usually less crazy than metropolis at the mall. Great bin snacks at the supermarket nearby...oh I mean... the movie popcorn is the best and you have to buy it because you aren't allowed to sneak in contraband snacks.

  As an employee of Cineplex at Park & Tilford, I would just like to politely say first that it is not in our hands to make upgrades to the theatre. Trust me when I say all of our cast members and managers want it as much as you do. We also don't control the prices of our concession or tickets. We are a small theatre with some of the most amazing people working there and we try our best every day to make sure your experience at our theatre is one to remember. It is our duty to passionately provide you, your friends, and family members with exceptional service, however we are very sorry if we cannot meet your expectations. Unfortunately we are occasionally short on staff, however please keep in mind that not everyone is always available as it is a part time job for teens who tend to have lots of other things going on in their lives. Our theatre does get busy (because it's just so awesome!!) and it's hard to manage all of the impatient and grumpy guests who come in and take it out on us. We only have two hands and can only do so much in so little time, and it's even more stressful when they are multiple guests getting frustrated at the cast member serving them. I understand how annoying it is waiting in line and missing your movie, but please try your hardest to be patient with us, we are here because of you. I'm very sorry to hear that you're missing your movie but it is not my fault. I can't predict the busy days and I dread them as much as the next person. We are only human and we have emotions like everyone else, so it would be much appreciated if our guests treated us with utmost respect and we shall always do the same, keeping our calm as we try our absolute best to serve you with efficiency and kindness. Thank you.

  Been coming here since I was a kid! There's something familiar and comforting about this theatre. Also, the location makes it super convenient for anyone on the North Shore.

  I love this theatre. The Parking is easy and free. The movies great and lots of opportunity to go out to restaurants right in the area without having to re park!!
