  Unbelievable. I had ONE pair of dress pants cleaned with a final bill of $16.93 Are you kidding me? Will NEVER EVER use this rip off place again. Disgusted beyond belief.

  Overpriced and they'll up-charge you for random things and not tell you. I spoke to a manager and she couldn't explain my up-charge... and offered no refund.

  The people at Goody's are great to deal with: down to earth, friendly, upbeat, always with a smile. I appreciate their concern for the environment as well, and how they've gone out of their way to make sure that their business is as "green" as they can make it.

  Tried to pick an item up from Goodys Lynn Valley. I had the ticket and the clerk matched it from her file. She couldn't find my item. I gave her different spellings and nothing. I provided a description and she checked the whole rack. Nothing. She called someone , checked the whole place and nothing. I finally asked if I could look and yes, I located it. An incorrect ticket had been placed on it altho there was a ticket matching mine and the item did match my description. I was there for 30-35 mins and had to pay full price! Can't say I'll be back...

  Friendly, reliable. I bring in items that are naturally dyed and I'm always happy with the way they are handled.

  And their location is great for me, easy to drive in & drop/pickup and then drive out: no problems trying to find a place to park. Highly recommended.
