  I hate Best Buy yet I would rather deal with them then Visions. I don’t recommend this place.

  Terrible return policy, even worse service. Will never set foot in this store again and I recommend you do they same. Tried to return a defective product, manager said he remembered that "I insisted on getting the cheapest Bluetooth headset", didn't realize I needed to specify it should work too. They then said they would exchange it for another Bluetooth headset, but had such a limited supply that they didn't have any in a reasonable price range and refused to give store credit. 10/10 would not recommend.

  After being a loyal best buy customer for years, I will never think twice about where I purchase electronics again. Excellent product knowledge, superior pricing, and better customer service are all things you can expect from visions, specifically the Imperial and Capilano locations. Please do make sure to ask for Alex at the Capilano location. I can be a bit of a tough customer and ask a lot of questions, but never once did me make feel anything except for taken care of. His product knowledge on electronics is on another level and he will make sure you walk away with exactly what works for your home.

  Everytime I walk in I’m bombarded with a sales pitch about their warranty or payment plan. I can never seem to find someone to help me with questions. They expect you to know what you want, buy it, buy their warranty, and then get out.

  Great price on TV! Went to 3 other stores, then went here, no hassles, told them what I could pay, they made it happen!!

  Brought bluetooth earbuds purchased a week ago to store as they paired only once on initial set up with very poor quality sound, then failed to pair afterwards. Salesman who sold me the set first asked me how I would know quality was poor if set did not pair and then reminded me that I did not want to pay much. When I asked to exchange for a better brand (Skull Candy), they didn't carry any and offered only from the very limited selection they carried. They refused to give store credit. I donated the defective earbuds back to them rather than prolong dealings with them. They should hire better staff and carry better products. If they won't stand behind a product they sell, no matter how cheap, they shouldn't sell it.
