    Have ordered items online as well as gone to the store to buy some of their products. I find the staff helpful and knowledgable about their products. They even got one of their staff to drive a stroller I bought from their Langley location to the North Vancouver in one day so I didn't have to drive to the other location!

    Had a great experience at Active Baby tonight (as always). Very knowledgeable and common sense approach - not trying to upsell. Listened to my needs regarding a carrier and recommended the cheaper product as it better fit my needs.

    Fabulous selection! Mom and I spent almost an hour shopping for things that I needed for my new-born. Prices are pretty good;)
