  I rented a car on the 19th of December and had called the location to let them know that due to weather conditions in Vancouver my flight had been delayed. I asked if we could pick up the following morning and were told yes that's fine. The morning of the 20th I went to pick up the car and they had given up my rental. The manager told me there was no car available for us, and he would not call another location to help us find one. From the 20th of December up until today I called the customer service number 3 times, and was told a supervisor would get back to me within 2-3 days, still nothing. I Will never rent from Enterprise again nor will I recommend this company/location to anyone.

  Rented through them for an insurance claim while my car was getting fix. They gave me a very large (gas guzzler) SUV. They stated they didn't have any cars. I called 3 times and visited the branch once to try to exchange to a car. They always said the right things - we'll look into it - there should be no problem to get you one - I'll leave your file open so I remember to follow up.... etc. But no one ever did. Nice to your face but does not put the customer first. Would not rent with this location again.

  We were late few hours for pickup the van, and we forgot to call, as per their policy, after 1.5 hours they gave out our reserved van. Matthew was very courtious and helpful, he explain to us about giving away the car. But then he went out of way to save our day. He offer to give us 2 cars instead the van, but that wasn't the option for us. He then offer us Mercedes at even discounted rate. He even offer us free airport drop off. Very great experience. Exceptional service even during busiest Canada Day weekend. Highly recommend this Enterprise location.

  I wrote a review this morning about the horrible service I received from this location, and noticed the post was deleted. Again, goes to show how horrible the Customer Service is with this company.

  Great service - but take pictures of your car pre deployment and at arrival - make sure they see u take the pictures. And no further issues will be had! Service good - But i did not like the extra charges added even if they were taken off. Some people do not fuss and some do. No one should ever take advantage of tourists as this is the main form of income for some. the loss of 2 stars is required here in my opinion.

  This company is excellent in addressing problems once they've been pointed out to them. To compensate for my losing a day of my vacation in swapping out a car, I got a $100 discount. There were two times where I had to point out a discrepancy between my booking and the final charge, but that was addressed and corrected for right away. The only reasons I didn't give 5 stars are just these two, but they were fixed, which is the main thing. I will continue renting from Enterprise.
