  Went there to check out a Toyota Rav4 and maybe talk a bit about a test drive. After sitting in it for 5 minutes and not being able to adjust the seat due to no power in the show room car I was still not approached. When I caught the eye of a Salesman who came over and said oh yeah no power which I obviously knew he didn't offer to do anything further and walked away. I know that Toyota is a popular car but I'm a customer. Is it just like, order it online now? My friend had a great experience at the Honda store at Northshore Auto mall so that's why I was there. Also I think Jim Pattison is a good guy but was disappointed with this visit.

  The parking could be better at most locations. In general, this area has very good access for car shoppers.

  Parking is nearly impossible, all the street parking is filled with dealership cars. And the dealer lots only have a few spots for customers. Be prepared for a few circuits before you find a spot.

  really pleasant staff from sales to service...Friendly and prompt with great knowledge. NS Acura, great job!
