    Staff were great. Pleasant and reasonably prompt. Booking the appointment takes about a week. There is a big however. This visit was for recall work...not service, not elective work but recall work. I would at the very least expect a no charge courtesy car available for me. After all.... this is essentially a repair of of manufacturers defect. So GM, what are going to do for me? You consumed at least two hours of my personal time....without apologies. Now don't get me wrong, I am pleased that you corrected the recall, but let's not forget that is on YOU General Motors. For your lack of apologies and no courtesy car....you get one star

    Luckily a friend recommended Midas and they did the job with all brand new parts for $150.00 parts and labour included.

    I recently purchased a new truck from this dealership and I could not have been happier with the way they handled/conducted their business. Immediately and throughout the process, the dealership helped me along, making everything easy and enjoyable. Further, I was treated as a valued human being from start to finish, which is more than I can say for more than a few local dealerships. Straight up professional, easy to deal with, knowledgeable, friendly, etc.. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience yet.

    My truck, rather unfortunately, was born with a number of small issues. The dealership and its fabulous service department did everything they could to keep it running in top form and were on top of every single issue. When the issues began to mount, however, the dealership stepped up in a big way and helped me to transition into a new truck. I am ecstatic with with new truck and have nothing but good things to say about the dealership and the care they put into their customers.

    I was from out of town. I was driving in the area and the engine light was on, so I decided to make an appointment so I dropped in. I told Oliver that I was from out of town. He quickly got my truck in and before I knew it ‘ job done. Thanks Oliver. Very good
