  I called near closing time on a Sunday needing my rear wheel trued and a tune up. The catch was that I was going on a long ride Tuesday morning. They were so accommodating. I dropped off my bike before closing time Sunday and picked it up Monday night before closing... awesome! They did a good job too. Recommend for sure!

  Brought me bike in for some troublesum cable and shifting issues and not only did they tighten up the shifting the gave my bike a thorough inspection and cleaned up a little of little lingering issues. I would trust these guys in a second with my bike and I don't say that lightly.

  I came in intending to buy a bike from another shop and just wanted to see what North Shore Road Bike carried but between the great service and stellar brands ended up buying a bike from here. Zach was very helpful when I came in for the first time and Dave and Nick were phenomenal going forward from there. They were patient with my questions and accommodating with my many requests. I have been in since for small purchases and they have always been great.
