  Nice guy. Bought a bike yesterday, rode it two blocks home but wanted to exchange it for a different model today. The one I bought doesn't have shocks and I was thinking I should get the one with shocks as I could maybe get a little more adventurous. They are the same price but the one with shocks wasn't set up yesterday. Anyways, when I asked if I could exchange them, he was not willing to accommodate at all. I explained I only rode it around a few blocks, the same as a test ride he has let me do on other bikes, but there was no discussion about it. No warning when I bought it either.

  Bought multiple bikes from Matt @ NSBS, always super friendly, honest and knowledgeable. This is definetly the #1 bike shop on the north shore!

  The best bike shop on the North Shore bar none. Case in point. I recently had a defective Magura dropper post. After weeks of phoning around to try to locate the defective part, John managed to get me a replacement post at zero cost. No cost, despite the obvious time and effort John had put in. Doesn't get better than that.

  I live in Victoria, and wasn't able to get the bike I wanted (2017 Norco Range C9.2) from my local shop. I finally found my dream bike at North Shore Bike Shop through one of their Pinkbike buysell posts. Not only did they give me a straight up smokin' deal on my bike, but Jon from the shop even drove all the way out to the Tsawassen Ferry Terminal to drop it off for me, and I was able to take the next ferry back minutes after picking it up. Great guys, amazing deals, and unbeatable service!! Bike was immaculate and as advertised. If I didn't live in Vic, this would be my go-to shop.Thanks again boys
