  Clearly not the best at all !! This makes me think all the reviews in here are fake. They quoted me $59 for the service and when I go back the charge me $120 . All she says is sorry! And I still have to pay. I should have talked to my friends before . When I told a few , they told me the same thing has happened to them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !!!

  Amazing experience with them! Bought my first mountain bike from them 2 months back, and it was such a goid experience. They allowed test rides, and owner was very patient. Got my first free tuneup (they give a year of free tuneup with every purchase) and the guy who did it (Jordan) was a such a lovely fella, was passionate about what he's doing. Its always a good idea to call before you come (there may be tuneups that are not included in free tuneup facility, like tyre truing). Overall, 100%.

  All the staff I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. I got a new bike I'm very happy with and they were able to transfer the bike I needed from their other store faster than expected.

  For me, there are two lessons here, don’t buy a lefty and if you would like prompt professional and courteous service don’t take your bike the BSP North Vancouver store.

  Look no further. Went there Saturday with my husband to look for a couple bikes. The customer service from each and every employee was outstanding. They all participated in helping us find the 'right' bike. Ultimately, Sam spent most of the time with us not only walking us through every possible option, even after the sale, he spent a considerable amount of time with us talking about safety, security and general bike 101 that I really wasn't too knowledgable about. What an amazing shopping experience.

  Sadly, I have had an on going bad experience with this store. Around the 22nd of August I took my cannondale lefty there for a simple fix on the front shock. It is now the 9th of November and I still cannot ride my bike. Firstly, they forgot to order the part, then they ordered the wrong part. I was told it was a 10 minute job to replace the part but it took over a week to be completed and $100 in labour. Then I paid the bill and they returned the bike with some parts missing. I phoned several times and felt they didn’t seem too concerned, they eventually sent some of the parts but I am still waiting on 2 screws to hold the front brake on. I have given up on them and will have to go elsewhere.
